If you know me you know I'm very opinionated, with that being said here is the crown jewel of my organization: Who the Fuck is You? AKA I'm just saying. The first person to recieved this honor(lol) is...Lil Wayne!

This is a bitter sweet moment because I use to be a huge fan of his until he changed what made him great, his Creativity and Loyalty. I know what you saying, he is the most creative he has ever been and he holds Young Money down right? NO! You go back to Block is Hot all the way up to Da Carter 1, brilliance, but lack of album sales forced him to do what everyone does eventually CONFORM. Carter II & III Sound significantly different, some better some worse, but he clearly dumbs down to be accepted!

Then he makes the boldest declaration I have ever heard. Dwayne Carter said he is the GREATEST RAPPER ALIVE! Who the fuck is you? You are the hardest working rapper since Tupac, but you aren't the best. Here are the facts:

1. If you are the best you can't be outshined on songs. Everyone takes losts but you are the featured artist you have to be on your shit. You been outshined by established artist as well as up and coming artist.

2. Last time I checked, Jay-Z is the King of your profession and on several occasions you took a "L" by someone you hold in high regards.



3. You are not battle tested. No one is afraid to bite you. All the of the elite had Battles that defined who they are. Some they won, some they lost, but they have battled. You called yourself "hip-hop", well hip-hop was and will always be built on battling. Jigga, 50, Nas, Biggie, Eminem, even Diddy have battled.



4. The great ones are team players! Kobe Bryant couldn't win 4 rings by himself he needs his team. Everyone has put their team on at least once. Rocafella, Bravehearts, Murder Inc., D12, G-Unit, Triple C's, and Junior Mafia are examples of teams that got on cause of their leaders. To date, you have not released any of your team's albums. You have the best assortment of talented artist you ever had and what do you do? You make their album a double album with The Rebirth. WHO THE FUCK IS YOU? You egotistical bastard, you keep going this route the same result of Currency and Da Squad will happen to your cash cows; Drake, Mack Mane, Nicki, and Jae Millz they will leave.

So before you start going all Willie Nillie and saying you the best, step your bars up, be a leader, and just be yourself, not what you think people want you to be.
