Poem of the Week!
What's up world it's me again on this beautiful Thursday.
It's time for spoken word, so get you incense and start snapping. I chose this song/poem by John Lennon because people lose sight of what's important. We are so busy looking at the cliff we lose sight of the view.
Imagine
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
By John Lennon"A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality." ~ John Lennon
